Our Empty Home Move In/Out Cleaning Package is perfect for anyone that needs to clean an empty home, apartment or condo. This service is available for all of our Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn and New York City customers. This is typically reserved for people that are moving in or out of a property. In some cases, we are able to work directly with your property manager if a checklist is required in order to receive your full security deposit. In this cleaning, we’ll clean all reachable surfaces from top to bottom; including most vertical and horizontal surfaces. Vertical surfaces include baseboards, trim work, interior and exterior of cabinets/drawers, interior windows, light fixtures and doors. In addition, we’ll clean most horizontal surfaces such as floors, counters and appliances. Detailed cleaning of your oven and other kitchen appliances will also be performed during this type of cleaning. Full dusting of all horizontal surfaces will also be conducted and some minor trash pickup is performed as well. No time limit exists for the cleaning and one flat rate will be provided to you. All you’ll need to do is open the front door and we’ll take care of the rest for you. 100% satisfaction guarantee and all cleaning supplies and equipment are provided. What do you get for your money?
For around $400 you can get an average sized one-bedroom scrubbed from top to bottom – including that all-important toilet, bathroom, oven*, refrigerator* and stove top. In addition to the “basics,” this amount typically includes your doors, walls, base boards, inside of kitchen cabinets, closets (up to 2 standard), ceiling fans and windows spot cleaned. Additional services such as the inside of balcony, basement, office, organizing, laundry room etc, can be booked and selected on the booking form question 3. Selecting any one of these extra’s will apply an additional cleaning time and cost per item to allow the cleaners the appropriate time to complete the job. Note: we do not clean blinds.
While it may take you that long to get your place in order, Lazy Susans will power through it in a fraction of the time. We also bring all cleaning supplies when ‘Use Cleaners Supplies’ is selected in the booking and our cleaners travel with vacuum cleaners.
MOVE IN/OUT CLEANING PACKAGE: These are a deep clean and price includes:
-Cleaning common areas such as kitchen and living areas (for additional bedrooms, bathrooms, office, basement, etc select additional in Question 3 extra’s)

-removable scuff marks from walls
